The Division Finance Manager reports into the Division Controller.What you'll do:Recruit, coach, and counsel employees; communicating job expectations; monitor, appraise, and review employee's performance; communicate and ensure adherence to policies and proceduresDevelop, implement, and maintain division-wide accounting structures and systems to ensure financial/asset security and compliance with all state and federal laws as well as Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesOversee and monitor daily operations of assigned areas to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting systems and internal controlsMonitor financials. Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data.
