  • Must have CPA and/or Public Accounting Experience.
  • Managing one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project.
  • Establishing work schedules through effective use of project management techniques.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and peer client levels.
  • Evaluating and maintaining tax return preparation software.
  • Managing and monitoring tax interns' training and work assignments.
