Title: Senior Analyst - Associate Project Manager
Location: Reston, VA
Schedule: M-F Days - not a 9-5 job - must be willing to work the
hours necessary to meet project deadlines
Compensation: $90k+ Total Compensation - $70k-$75k base salary,
depending on experience, plus up to $5k/Quarter Bonus, plus
potential discretionary bonuses based on performance, plus
Equity

Position Description:
In collaboration with the Principal Project Manager, the Associate
PM will develop and execute project plans for data analysis
initiatives. Leveraging strong people management, organization,
prioritization and Excel skills, the Associate PM will manage and
audit the efforts of a team of 15 Analysts and progress findings to
the Final Report team in accordance with project timelines.
Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with
project goals and timelines
--- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring
adherence to plans and timelines
--- Compile data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy,
integrity, and relevance
--- Monitor and assess data for various attributes such as
authenticity, expectancy, timeliness, and relevancy
--- Leverage internal processes and procedures to enhance project
turn-around time
--- Generate comprehensive reports on project progress, key
metrics, and data analysis findings
--- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of methodologies,
processes, and procedures
--- Actively participate in group discussions to determine
information relevancy related to priority requirements
--- Conduct detailed examinations of gathered information
--- Collaborate in the refinement and implementation of
methodologies
--- Engage in mentoring activities, sharing knowledge with team
members
Requirements:
--- Bachelor's of Arts or Science degree in finance, business
management, public administration, engineering, or a related
field
--- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
--- Minimum of 1 year of team leadership experience
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
--- Experience working with Project Management tools
--- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
--- Effective communication skills and ability to contribute to
group discussions
--- Analytical mindset
--- High level of initiative - proactive - desire to learn and grow
in your career
--- Willingness to work beyond core hours of 9 - 5 and
weekends/holidays, as needed
