Position Overview Electra.aero is seeking a Senior Accountant to
help scale a high performing accounting function in a fast-paced
aerospace environment. This role owns core month end close
activities and supports operational accounting across payables,
employee expenses, invoicing support, and reconciliations. The
Senior Accountant helps ensure accurate financial data, strong
internal controls, and audit ready documentation, partnering with
teams across the business. Key Responsibilities & Essential
Functions Prepare and post journal entries for month end close
(accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and adjustments) Perform monthly
balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances and reconciling
items Support accounts payable operations including invoice coding,
matching, vendor maintenance, and payment preparation Reconcile
corporate card activity and employee expense reports; support
timesheet and payroll posting alignment Support invoicing and
accounts receivable reconciliation for commercial and government
contracts Maintain audit ready support for transactions,
reconciliations, and compliance needs Help improve accounting
processes, documentation, and internal controls as the company
scales Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field 5 years of accounting
experience with month end close ownership Experience supporting
audits or operating in a highly controlled environment Required
Skills Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and US GAAP
Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and hit
deadlines Proficient in Excel and comfortable in accounting systems
and tools Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross
functionally Desired Qualifications Experience in aerospace,
manufacturing, hardware, orproject-based environments Familiarity
with government contracting concepts such as compliant
documentation, cost segregation, and audit expectations Salary :
Electra's salary range for this position is: $95,000.00 -
$115,000.00 Our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum range
for the Company level overall across all locations & projects and
does not necessarily reflect the budgeted amount for this position.
Individual pay is based on additional factors, including project
budgets, job-related skills, experience, relevant education and/or
training, role, level, location, and project. Work Authorization

is typically performed in a warehouse/aviation and office
environment, which requires proper safety precautions. Work may
require some physical effort in handling light materials, boxes,
power tools, prototypes, and different materials or equipment. Due
to the nature of our business and projects, some fieldwork may be
required, working in both indoor and outdoor conditions. You may
need to lift up to 50 lbs. Background & Drug Screening Successful
