Job Description:
Job Description Job Description ROSS Companies is looking to
identify an experienced and qualified Community Administrative
Coordinator at a property in Washington, DC to assist community
with the day-to-day building operation and, in particular,
processing of all invoices, as well as resident referrals while
creating a positive impression with residents addressing any
needs/concerns in professional and diligent manner ensuring
customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Processing of all
vendor invoices. When invoices are received review to ensure
billing is correct, then forward to Property Manager for approval;
When AP releases check batches, Community Administrative
Coordinator will review for accuracy then will copy payment receipt
and place in vendor files. In the event an invoice is not paid this
individual will follow up with; Vendor, Property Manager, or AP.
Process all resident referrals. Ensuring referrals are entered into
the system; sent to AP for payment; Contact resident when check is
received to schedule pick up; Copy the check and place in resident
file. Addresses residents questions on policies and procedures.
Receives maintenance requests from residents and determines if the
request is an emergency, reacting appropriately. Enters maintenance
requests in Yardi Answers all incoming community calls and routes
to appropriate person or location taking messages as necessary.
Assists Assistant Property Manager with rent processing. Maintain
all files pertaining to community information, correspondence,
etc., in an orderly manner. As well as all former resident files.
Process all payments for security deposits for former residents,
including calling former resident to schedule pick up of check.
Other duties as assigned. Required Experience/Skills One year
previous customer service experience. Minimum two years of office
experience. Demonstrated organizational and administrative
abilities Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal, verbal/written
communication skills Tax credit a plus. Professional appearance;
Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Some
candidates for this position may not possess all of the
