Job Description Job Description Office Manager - Industrial Manufacturer - Base Salary to 60k/year - Rockville, MD Our client, an Industrial Manufacturer is seeking an Office Manager to join their onsite team in Rockville, MD. In this role, the Office Manager will act as the first point of contact welcoming and greeting guests while completing administrative functions. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon their arrival and directs appropriately Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Maintain cleanliness of reception area and conference rooms Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, faxes and deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Order supplies, researching costs/suppliers, and keep inventory of stock Assist/prepare regularly scheduled reports and contact lists Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Update and maintain office policies and procedures Provide administrative support as needed on various human resources functions Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing Liaise with Executive Assistant to handle requests and queries from leaders and employees Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Front Desk Coordinator Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Compensation: Base salary in the 50k - 60k/year range Benefits package INDALL
