About the Role Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing and Electric is looking for a HVAC Helper to assist the Lead Installer complete installations efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report into the Install Manager and be based out of our growing Gaithersburg, MD office. What You'll Do Assist Lead Installer with all installations, while being efficient and accurate Help with properly staging jobs by ensuring everything is present and adhering to quality standards Support maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Participate in trainings and meetings to develop professionally Complete ultimately and accurate paperwork Have or be willing to get any proper certifications as needed We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have Experience in the HVAC industry a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Working Conditions/Physical Demands Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs is required The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons Benefits and Perks: Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical treats its team members with the same level of dedication and care as we do our customers, which is why we're fortunate to provide all of our employees with: Competitive Pay Benefits : We offer top-notch benefits!
