Job Description:
At Constellation, leaders in the energy sector, we are seeking a
dedicated Turbine Services Manager to oversee the operational
integrity and maintenance of our turbine equipment across various
locations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, safe,
and sustainable operation of our energy generation assets. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects
of turbine operations, from routine maintenance to strategic
overhauls, aligning with our commitment to provide reliable energy
solutions nationwide. Oversee daily operations of turbine services
including scheduling, maintenance, and emergency response. Develop
and implement maintenance strategies to improve turbine efficiency
and reduce downtime. Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians
and engineers. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and
environmental regulations. Coordinate with other departments to
ensure seamless operation and maintenance scheduling. Manage
budgets, including cost projections and analysis for maintenance
activities. Stay abreast of advancements in turbine technology and
incorporate best practices into operations. Strong leadership and
managerial skills. In-depth knowledge of turbine systems and their
operation. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Experience with budget management and cost optimization. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certified Maintenance &
Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar.
