Job Description:

Garud is seeking a CSC CI SME/Instructor to work with our client. This role will be responsible for providing advanced Counterintelligence operations and instruction supporting Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) specifically supporting CI Surveillance course (CSC) support.

Responsible for training students proficiently to conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a Cl investigation or
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, including weekends during course(s).
Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.



Skills & Abilities:

Experience employing a variety of learning techniques, i.e., eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
Candidates must be able to sit and stand for up to two (2) hours at one time; and be able to walk for up to five (5) hours in one day.



Education and Experience:

Must be a graduate from an accredited Cl Special Agent credentialing school.Equivalent course (subject to approval by the customer)


Must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising or instructing CI collection/ surveillance.
Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities (FIE) methodologies.


Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens
TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain Polygraph.
