Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide essential services within K-12 schools in Baltimore, MD.
This contract position supports multiple school locations with
flexible start dates and is ideal for professionals holding an
active Maryland license who thrive in an in-person education
environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy
services to students across elementary and middle schools. Manage
caseloads at assigned schools with collaborative scheduling. Work
on-site to support student communication needs and contribute to
individual education plans. Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports in compliance with district guidelines.
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize
student outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Active Maryland
SLP license required. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is
preferred. Experience working with children in school settings
K-12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
adapt to different school environments and schedules. Assignment
Details: Location: Multiple schools throughout Baltimore, MD.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration: Mid-February
start through June 12, 2026. Specific caseload assignments vary by
school and start date: Dayton Oaks Elementary 5 days/week beginning
mid-February. Ellicott Mills Middle School 5 days/week starting in
April. Thomas Viaduct Middle School (4 days/week) paired with
Jeffers Hill Elementary School (1 day/week) starting in April.
Laurel Woods Elementary 5 days/week starting in April. Burleigh
Manor Middle School (2 days/week) paired with Hammond Middle School
(3 days/week), beginning in May. Benefits: Opportunity for contract
