Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
role offers a unique opportunity to provide speech-language
pathology services in a supportive, school-based setting. Serving
elementary and middle school students, this position is designed
for a dedicated SLP interested in pediatric care and educational
environments. The virtual nature of this role allows for flexible
work arrangements while maintaining a caseload of approximately 50
students, ensuring a balanced and manageable workload.
Responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language therapy to
elementary and middle school students in a remote setting
Collaborating with educators and families to support student
progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
Adhering to school-based schedules and protocols Desired
qualifications and experience: Valid SLP credentials with pediatric
expertise Experience working in elementary and middle school
settings Ability to manage a caseload of about 50 students
effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working virtually with reliable technology Location:
Remote (serving schools in Alexandria, VA) Compensation: 1099 based
contract position; benefits are not included. This is a full-time
virtual contract role for the second semester with potential for
annual renewal. Part-time arrangements are also considered with a
minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Qualified candidates who
