Job Description:

Our client, a large professional services firm, is looking to hire a Manager of Desktop Engineering & Mobility for a 6-month contract to hire position. The ideal candidate should have a background in the healthcare industry. The role involves oversight, guidance, and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint technologies for the healthcare client's information systems.
The manager will lead a team to ensure endpoints meet service levels aligned with organizational needs and expectations.
Required Skills

• Experience managing people
  
• Experience with Omnissa / VMware Workspace One
  
• Experience with Imprivata Ground Control
  
• Experience managing endpoint technologies, including hardware and software support
  
• Experience managing corporate devices such as imaging, deployment, and packaging software for Windows, iOS, and macOS, including desktop Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Information Systems (MIS) or related technology field, or equivalent education and experience
  
• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise and Mobility technologies, vendor/contract, and license management within the ITIL ITSM framework (preferred)
