expansion, and we have an exciting opportunity for Engineers who
embody our values. Due to a strong pipeline of current and
forecasted projects, we are seeking Project Engineers across
various disciplines to join our teams in W.A. These positions offer
both local and FIFO opportunities. Our Project Engineers are key
members of our project delivery team involved in all aspects of
project execution including construction, quality and some
commercial activities.The RoleDuties and Responsibilities
- Provide the technical engineering support to the project
including technical queries, inspections and interpretation of
design deliverables;
- Interface and be involved with other project functions such as
quality, commercial, construction and project controls;
- Assist the Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager with
project management tasks ;
- Development of project methodology and execution plans;
- Development of ITP's and ITR's;
- Assisting with project planning and preparation of technical
deliverables;
- Assisting with coordination of client requests;
- Assisting with project close out including the compiling of
MDRs;
- Working with and providing support to the site team;
- Rasing and resolving TQ's and RFI's;
- Performing material take offs and ordering/coordinating
material deliveries;
- Actively participate in site HSE and QA/QC activities including
identifying any safety hazards;
- Conduct all work to satisfy all company, client and government
conditions, policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, as
required;
- Perform subcontractor comparisons and assist in the development
of subcontractor agreements; and
- Attending site on an AD/HOC basis to suit the project
requirements.About YouTo be successful in the role you will possess
the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in structural/mechanical engineering or
construction management
- Sound knowledge of the application and establishment of project
planning, scheduling and cost control tools;
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Minimum 3years previous project experience on Construction SMP
Projects ideally in the mining sector, oil and gas sector;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good understanding of project costs and cost mitigation;
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a team
environment; and
- Great attention to detail and time management ability.At
