Job Summary: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible
for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of
various HVAC systems and equipment. You will work both
independently and as part of a team to provide outstanding customer
service and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC
systems will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for
excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and
inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical,
mechanical, and refrigeration components. - Install new HVAC
systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings. -
Educate customers on proper system usage, maintenance, and
energy-saving practices. - Respond promptly to service calls and
ensure timely completion of all service requests. - Maintain
accurate records of all service work, including parts used and time
spent on each job. - Collaborate with team members to provide
technical support and share knowledge. - Adhere to all safety
protocols and company policies while on the job site. - Stay
updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical
degree or certification in HVAC preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of
experience in HVAC service and repair. - Valid HVAC technician
certification and relevant licenses as required by the state. -
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and
components. - Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical
systems. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to lift
