Job Description Job Description Data Center Cable Technician – Manassas, VA (Onsite) Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Manassas, VA (Exact address pending confirmation) Category: Technician – Cabling / Data Center Openings: 10–15 technicians Start Date: Offers made on 2/27 – onboarding ASAP to join NEO before 3/16 Duration: 4 months (strong chance to convert to full-time) Pay Rate Level 1 Technicians: $19–$22/hr Level 2 Technicians: $23–$27/hr (OT paid at 1.5x) About the Project A large data center build in Manassas, VA requires an experienced team of cable technicians. The initial project is 8.5 weeks , with multiple additional projects lined up. Strong performers will have a high chance of converting to permanent employment. Required Experience Candidates must have at least 2 years of data center experience. Anything less than 2 years is not eligible for consideration. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
