optional, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Remove
factory-installed parts (interior and exterior) to prepare vehicles
for upfitting Install specialized emergency equipment: Lightbars,
sirens, push bumpers, speakers Partitions, prisoner seats, gun
racks In-car video systems, computers, license plate recognition
systems, and more. Keep accurate track of hours and job progress
(we don’t cut corners, and we don’t lose track) Work hands-on,
making sure every wire, bolt, and bracket is exactly where it
should be. Job Requirement:Key Qualifications: What Makes You a
Strong Candidate: Comfortable using hand and power tools (wrenches,
drills, screwdrivers, etc.) Mechanical aptitude or experience in
automotive, electrical, or fabrication work Able to bend, twist,
and lift up to 50 lbs. Capable of working independently and as part
of a team—you know when to ask questions and when to get the job
done Detail-oriented—because sloppy installs aren’t our style Open
to learning—we’ll train you on specialized systems, but you’ve got
to show up with the right mindset Pass a pre-employment background
check (this is emergency services work—trust matters) When you join
