Ultimate Staffing has a client in Potomac, MD seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing their marketing strategy. You will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to marketing plan Maintain the marketing budgets and oversee all property social media to increase brand awareness and market share Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies Track performance of all marketing campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing (Advanced degree, a plus) 5 years' experience in marketing Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management Marketing Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and adobe creative suite (InDesign, Acrobat minimum), Wordpress platform, and SharePoint. Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
