Job Description:
ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range
of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living,
post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home
health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Wound Nurse is a registered licensed nurse designated to act as
the coordinator of the center s wound team to oversee the general
application of the skin management program.
The Wound Nurse is responsible to coordinate and lead weekly wound
team rounds and processes, including rounds, measurements,
interdisciplinary care plan review, treatment recommendations,
physician orders, and required documentation.
