Pay Information $2,157 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Tele Duration: 9 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - 1 Year Med Tele Acute Care Inpatient Experience Required - 2 Years RN Experience Required - Cerner experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district Required prior to start Certifications: NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required Must-Have: - BSN Highly desired - Must be able to complete a Telemetry rhythm interpretation test prior to start Description: Candidates must be able to start within three weeks of offer. This role fulfills the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. The Registered Nurse delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner. Knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan is necessary to provide age-appropriate care. Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patients' needs. Demonstrates understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients. Makes initial assessments and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation. Performs initial and ongoing assessments on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
