offering early intervention and outpatient therapy services to
children from 6 months to 21 years old. We’ve grown through

You’ll Do: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll: Evaluate
and treat children with fine motor, ADL, and sensory processing
needs Create individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans &
goals (IFSPs) Use evidence-based, playful approaches to promote
development Track progress with daily notes and regular family
updates Work across both clinic-based settings and Early
Intervention Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists who
love what they do Who You Are: A licensed OT/R or COTA (new grads
with pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply) Curious,
compassionate, and serious about being silly when needed Familiar
with sensory integration and neurodiversity (Autism, SPD, etc.)
Skilled at building connections with children, families, and
teammates Comfortable with documentation, communication, and

to Friday Work Location: In person ACI Health, a Fairfax, VA–based,
Joint Commission–accredited staffing and consulting partner,
deploys travel, contract, and permanent RNs, LPNs, and allied
clinicians nationwide, supported by robust credentialing and MSP
