Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/31/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Clinical Supervisor/ Labor & Delivery Location: Washington, DC Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (3 x 12) 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Assignment Duration:13 Weeks Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,789.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $864.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,925.00 Per Week Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor – Labor & Delivery provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Labor & Delivery unit during night shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient staffing, patient flow, service excellence, and a safe care environment. The supervisor provides direct patient care in a competent and compassionate manner, appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population. As a leader, they role model the hospital’s values and actively participate in initiatives to improve departmental outcomes and employee engagement, including shared governance and professional development.
