$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet all
conditions for payment! The Nursing Assistant functions within
his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of
the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing
delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an
understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
