Job Description About Us We are a growing Outpatient Mental
Health Clinic (OMHC) dedicated to providing high-quality,
client-centered therapy services to youth, adults, and families in
Baltimore City. We pride ourselves on a supportive team

competent care. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled
Therapists to join our clinical team. Position Summary The OMHC
Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy, conducts
biopsychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and
maintains timely and compliant documentation. Ideal candidates are
dependable clinicians who value teamwork, professionalism, and
strong clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake
assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and biopsychosocials. Provide
individual, family, and/or group therapy (in-person or telehealth).
Develop, update, and implement treatment plans as required by COMAR
and Medicaid. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in
the EHR (ICANotes or similar). Participate in clinical meetings,
case consultations, and trainings. Coordinate care with PRP staff,
psychiatrists, schools, and community providers. Respond to crises
and assist with safety planning when necessary. Maintain ethical
standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality (HIPAA).
Qualifications LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psychologist (Required)
Must be eligible for board-approved supervision (or already
approved). Experience working in an OMHC, PRP, or behavioral health
setting is preferred. Strong diagnostic and clinical documentation
skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team
environment. Comfortable using electronic health records and
telehealth platforms. Passion for trauma-informed and culturally
competent care. Schedule & Compensation Full-time or part-time
