Job Description Job Description A current opportunity is available for a skilled inpatient pharmacist to support day and evening shifts in a hospital setting located in West Chester, PA. This contract-to-hire position welcomes candidates seeking full-time, contract, or temp-to-hire roles, including both local and traveling pharmacists. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the safe and effective use of medication therapy, collaborate closely with the healthcare team, and promote medication safety initiatives.
