pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee
day-to-day operations and lead inpatient pharmacy services. This
Contract to Hire opportunity is based in West Chester, PA, and
offers the chance to supervise sterile and non-sterile drug
distribution systems while enhancing integration to optimize
medication delivery across the inpatient setting. Key
responsibilities include supervising central and satellite pharmacy
staff, coordinating workflows between unit-based pharmacists and
pharmacy operations, and managing daily pharmacy activities to
ensure efficiency and compliance. The role also involves developing
and maintaining an effective, budget-neutral technician schedule,
contributing to the seamless delivery of inpatient pharmaceutical
care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Bachelors Degree in
Pharmacy or PharmD required; Masters Degree preferred Minimum 3
years of institutional (hospital) pharmacy experience Previous
supervisory or leadership experience in a pharmacy setting
preferred Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required Strong
knowledge of sterile and non-sterile product distribution and
