compassionate nurses with: - RN license in the state you work -
Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing - Previous
Home Health nursing experience required - Previous OASIS experience
required - One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to
deliver quality patient care - Current driver’s license and ability
to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations - A
commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting -

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR
