working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Washington, Washington DC, 20060! Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1.5 years of
experience required License: Valid state license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have: Every other weekend and
every other holiday are required. 1.5 years of experience required.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Description: Must have level
I trauma experience. Patient ratios are 1:4-5. The facility is a
Trauma 1, Teaching Hospital. Total staffed beds are 228. Scrub
color is royal blue. Charting system used is Cerner Sorian 1st
generation. No floating required between like units. No on-call
required. Open to accommodating block scheduling. Daily census
ranges from 129 to 160 patients. Patients include adolescents,
adults, and geriatrics. Support services include Physical Therapy,
Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response
Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation. Special procedures within the
unit denote a focus on level I trauma care. Experience in
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is essential. Skills
required include starting and maintaining IVs and triage. Screening
for level I trauma experience is necessary. Ratio maintenance
