working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified IMC
RN in Arlington, Virginia, 22202! Job Opportunity – Intermediate
Care/Telemetry RN – Virginia Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location:
Arlington, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every-other-weekend
requirement (6 weekend shifts per 6-week period). No call. Patient
ratio 4:1 across all shifts. Float position to multiple units
including IMC, Telemetry (cardiac and non-cardiac), and Med/Surg.
Highlights: Intermediate care unit specializing in pulmonary,
cardiac, and trauma patient populations Advanced patient care
including ventilators, tracheostomies, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP,
cardiac drips, and chest tubes Epic EMR system with required
orientation training (1-2 days based on experience level) 13-week
travel assignment with comprehensive interdisciplinary support
including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and
pharmacy Smoke-free/nicotine-free facility with vaccination
requirements per CMS guidelines Float rotation across multiple
specialty units in accordance with facility policies Requirements:
Active Virginia RN license or Compact license in hand at time of
submission (required) Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with
previous travel experience required Current ACLS and BLS
certifications (required) PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience
(required) Cardiac Telemetry and dysrhythmia management experience
(required) Pre/Post cardiac catheterization experience (required)
Competency in central line care, PICC line management, heparin
protocols, and cardiac drip titration (required) Isolation
precautions and use of rapid response teams (required) Epic
charting system experience (required, with documented months of
experience in past year) NIH stroke certification, traumatic brain
injury experience, and wound care experience (preferred) Flu
vaccine required during flu season; COVID-19 vaccine required with
