Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional
patient care across our diverse service areas. As part of our

role requires expertise in assessing patient needs, designing
physical therapy programs, and executing treatment plans that

Evaluate patient conditions based on their health history and
therapeutic goals. Design and implement detailed treatment plans
tailored to patient needs. Monitor patient progress and adapt
treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families
on aftercare strategies and preventative measures. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Document
and maintain accurate patient records. Guide and supervise Physical
Therapy Assistants and support staff. Deep knowledge of physical
therapy principles and practices. Skillful in using therapy
equipment and performing various physical therapy techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle physically demanding
tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
