Evaluate patient conditions based on their health and medical histories as well as physical ailments or injuries. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address patient needs and recovery goals. Utilize exercises, equipment, and techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength. Assess and record patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and provide patient education. Maintain patient confidentiality and keep accurate records of patient therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans effectively. Ability to handle a full caseload while maintaining quality of care. Valid state Physical Therapy license. CPR and BLS certification preferred.
