Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Clinton, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,036 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. License: Active state license required. Certifications: BLS required. ACLS preferred. Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. Community Hospital experience required. Travel experience is required (6 weekend shifts in a 6 week period). Float required within skillset/acuity. Description: Seeking a qualified MS/Tele Float RN for day shifts. Candidates should have community hospital experience and be available for a travel assignment. The role requires managing patient assessments and developing effective care plans. Understanding and managing dysrhythmias, post-myocardial infarction care, and supporting patients undergoing hemodialysis will be part of the responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable with various telemetry-related tasks, including interpreting dysrhythmias and administering blood products. Wound care and tracheostomy management are also included in this position. The work involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Candidates will be required to adhere to isolation precautions and use personal protective equipment as necessary. Ability to maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team members is essential. This role also involves patient education on health management strategies and post-discharge care. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the capability to handle high-pressure situations.
