Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,414 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20007! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of clinic or acute inpatient medical-surgical experience - Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment License: - Must have a DC license or a pending DC license accepted with a requirement to obtain the license before the start date Certifications: - BLS Must-Have: - Flu vaccination Description: This position involves working as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical specialty setting. The primary responsibility is to assist in caring for patients being evaluated for kidney-pancreas transplant. The shift is during the day, requiring work five days a week. There are no on-call or weekend requirements for this role. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment. Candidates must provide two supervisor references during the application process. Successful applicants will undergo facility-specific compliance requirements upon hire. This role does not mandate prior trauma experience or float requirements. Submissions must comply with local radius guidelines. Interdisciplinary support will be available for patient care.
