This role focuses on providing high-quality dialysis treatment and supportive patient care in accordance with prescribed standards and practices. As a Dialysis RN at Encompass Health, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care that aligns with our commitment to excellence in integrated healthcare services, enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life. Assess patient condition and manage treatment plans for dialysis. Operate and monitor dialysis equipment. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Maintain patient records with accuracy as per healthcare regulations and standards. Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. Proficient in operating dialysis machines and equipment. Strong patient management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. Certification in nephrology nursing preferred.
