Job Description:
ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN I) to join our community-focused healthcare team. This
position involves providing essential nursing care to diverse
patient populations, aligning with our commitment to deliver
high-quality healthcare services, including advanced, specialty,
and primary care. As an LPN I at ChristianaCare, you will
contribute to a nurturing environment that supports patient health

system. Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient
responses. Assist in the evaluation of patient care plans and
participate in their development. Record patients' medical history,
vital statistics, and test results in medical records. Collaborate
with registered nurses to supervise clinical tasks and oversee
patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease
prevention and health maintenance. Provide wound care and manage
minor procedural set-ups. Maintain a clean and safe environment
conform to all safety and infection-control policies. Strong
practical nursing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Ability to
work effectively in a team and independently. Medical Insurance

license in the state of Delaware CPR certification
