charge experience preferred Description: This position is for a
field nurse. The nurse will visit patients in homes, nursing homes,
and assisted living facilities. There is no call and no holidays
required. Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
Availability on weekends would be helpful if needed, but it is not
a requirement. Documenting patient care will be done using the
Meditech HomeCare system. Patient age groups include adults and
geriatrics. Daily census is around 115 patients. The nurse will
assist patients with end-stage terminal diagnoses, including heart
disease, respiratory diseases, cancers, and neurological disorders.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory
services, interpretation services, social services, pharmacy, and
transportation. Candidates who live within 50 miles of the facility
are not accepted. The facility has a zero-tolerance policy for THC.
Medical marijuana cards are not accepted. Fit testing is required
for compliance. A letter from a provider is needed for any
