Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years RN Experience required; Cardiac Tele experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district required Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS required; BSN highly desired Must-Have: - Must live 50 miles away - Graduated from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required - Cerner experience required Description: We are a 48-bed cardiac-focused stepdown unit. The unit consists of pulmonary care beds and cardiac surgery beds that travelers are not required to take. Frequent IV drips include Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex.
