Job Description & Requirements Interim Director, Med/Surg *$1,500 Sign-On Bonus* StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $165000.00 - $175000.00 Join a Washington D.C. medical center as their next Interim Director, Med/Surg and earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus The Position - The Interim Director of Med/Surg will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations within the department. - The Interim Director will be accountable for the implementation of process improvement as it pertains to departmental initiatives including staffing, clinical operations, documentation adherence, and quality. - This leader will be responsible for providing and maintaining a positive work environment while improving collaboration, communication, and employee engagement strategies. - We're offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for this role* - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - BSN is required; master's degree is strongly preferred. - Active D.C. RN license and/or willingness to apply immediately is required. - A minimum of seven years of clinical nursing experience including a minimum of three years of leadership experience is required. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
