Job Description JOB TITLE: Supervising Behavior Analyst REPORTS
TO: Center Director POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervising Behavior
Analyst (SBA) is a credentialed healthcare professional responsible
for direct clinical case management for clients. Duties include
conducting assessments, developing and modifying treatment plans,
maintaining accurate documentation, and providing supervision to
clinical staff. Service recommendations and delivery are based on
medical necessity and must be administered by a credentialed SBA or
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) under the SBA’s
direction. This full-time, center-based position maintains a
targeted caseload, with scheduling flexibility responsive to client
and center needs. The SBA is accountable for upholding clinical
standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering
client-centered, evidence-based care. Consistent support and

career advancement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical & Service
Provision (~60% of work week) - Manage day-to-day delivery of ABA
therapy for children (ages 1–6) diagnosed with autism spectrum
disorder or related disabilities. - Provide direct assessment,
evaluation (e.g., standardized tools, functional assessments), and
design/monitor individualized programming. - Complete timely
clinical documentation and ensure submission in alignment with
quality standards and regulatory timelines. - Deliver formal
clinical supervision to assigned staff and ensure services meet
medical necessity requirements. - Develop and deliver caregiver
training sessions utilizing evidence-based methods and behavioral
skills training. Administrative & Professional Development (~40% of
work week) - Maintain confidential and accurate records for
clinical, billing, and compliance purposes. - Adhere to all
professional, certification, licensure, and regulatory expectations
(e.g., BACB standards). - Engage in ongoing professional
development, including continuing education and internal trainings.
- Sustain ongoing communication with supervisors and team members,
proactively addressing concerns or operational needs. - Support
center operations and participate in site leadership activities as
required. EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Master’s degree
in a relevant field (e.g., special education, behavior analysis). -
BCBA certification, or license-eligible. - Minimum of 1–2 years’
direct experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD. - Strong
commitment to evidence-based practices and continued professional
development. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Case management experience.
- Proficiency in applied behavioral analytic approaches for ASD. -
Ability to utilize data systems for clinical decision-making. -
Record of establishing collaborative relationships across
