serve. About the Role As a full time Nocturnist - NP, you will
serve in a clinical float position to meet nighttime OD coverage;
perform required admission assessments of patients brought to the
hospital and respond to acute medical/psychiatric needs of all
inpatients for the duration of the on-call period; collaborate with
on-call admission coordinator regarding any afterhours referrals to
determine appropriateness of admission and medical clearance; and
assess and manage acute medical conditions in consultation with
on-call primary care providers. What We Offer Competitive Salary -

based on experience, education, certifications and autonomous

approved educational program for Nurse Practitioner - Knowledge and
experience as an NP - Active, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in
the Commonwealth of VA - Active Virginia DEA number prior to
approval of clinical privilege professional NP certification,
