Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for full-time contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Rockville, Maryland.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Maryland
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,674 - $1,860 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
