I-don't-want-to-cook-tonight night.The Position: Restaurant Front
of House ManagerManagers will help drive restaurant operations.
Managers must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative,

happy, managing projects, and actively sharing
feedback.Responsibilities:
- Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members
and guests.
- Ensure the dining room is always clean and well-stocked and
ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a
successful shift.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen
operations team during service periods.
- Support all service staff and actively participate in
service.
- Ensure that every meal and moment exceeds expectations
throughout the entire dining experience.
- Comply with HR practices and policies and hold employees
accountable for all standards and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and
uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation
requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and
guest.
- Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and
hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to
succeed.What Makes You Great:

based in Washington, DCThe base pay range for this position is a
salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per year. The determination of what
a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the
range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited
to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications,
