Managers must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. They get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.Responsibilities:

• Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests.
• Ensure the dining room is always clean and well-stocked and ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a successful shift.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen operations team during service periods.
• Support all service staff and actively participate in service.
• Ensure that every meal and moment exceeds expectations throughout the entire dining experience.
• Comply with HR practices and policies and hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guest.
• Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.What Makes You Great:
