Job Description:

Aramark is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our on-site food service facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our commitment to excellence and innovation in serving clients is reflected in every meal and customer interaction. As a manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while effectively managing staff and resources to meet business objectives. Manage day-to-day operations of food services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Lead and develop a team of food service workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Plan and execute menus that meet customer expectations and operational budgets. Maintain inventory and order food supplies, while managing cost controls to ensure profitability. Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure all facilities are maintained and meet health and safety regulations. Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to food service operations. Collaborate with Aramark leadership and client representatives to align operational goals with organizational objectives. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to manage budgets and financial reports Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) is a plus
