Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities: Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
