Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to
join the PAR Drive-Thru product team. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in software or hardware product management,
along with a passion for innovation in the hospitality technology
space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing,
and sales—to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge
drive-thru solutions that enhance guest experiences and optimize
operational efficiency for our customers. Position Location: New
Hartford, NY, San Diego, CA, Austin TX - Hybrid Reports To:
Director of Product Management What We’re Looking For: · 5 years of
experience in product management, preferably within software,
hardware, or hospitality technology · Proven success managing
product lifecycles from concept through delivery · Strong
understanding of customer and market needs in quick-service
restaurants or drive-thru operations · Excellent collaboration,
communication, and leadership skills · Data-driven decision-making
mindset with a bias toward action Additional Skills: · Familiarity
with Agile methodologies · Experience working with cross-functional
global teams · Strong presentation and stakeholder management

Owning: · Define and execute the product roadmap for drive-thru
solutions · Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
· Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact
features on time · Partner with sales, marketing, and customer
success to support product launch and adoption · Monitor product
performance and gather feedback to inform iterations and
improvements · Stay informed on industry trends, competitive
landscape, and emerging technologies
