zero-trust access concepts. Collaborate with internal engineering
teams and customer end users to design, enhance, and support
application user interfaces that meet complex technical and
functional requirements. Work closely with clients and
cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software systems, support
maintenance activities, and communicate project status and
technical issues. Support environments spanning both Linux and
Windows platforms, applying strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with technical and
non-technical stakeholders, including customers and leadership,
both verbally and in writing. Apply engineering rigor and best

roles. Strong expertise with CI/CD, DevSecOps, test automation, and
automated deployments in iterative development environments. Proven
experience architecting and building scalable, secure, distributed
systems in single- or multi-cloud environments (AWS preferred;
Azure acceptable). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and
cloud-native security, including containerized development
environments. Experience working with relational and non-relational
databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.

within platform environments. Familiarity with customer security
requirements and processes within regulated or classified
environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement
effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, including the ability to clearly document systems and
explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
