Job Description Job Description Benefits: Opportunity for advancement Training & development Wellness resources Role Summary One Kare Enterprise, LLC (One Kare), a longstanding DC-based groundskeeping and landscape maintenance firm, is hiring a Dispatcher to serve as a government clients primary point of contact for dispatching crews and equipment. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily routing, respond to changing site needs, and ensure rapid mobilization for urgent requests and emergency conditionsmaintaining calm, accurate communications under pressure. Minimum Qualifications High Pressure Environment Response Experience: Demonstrated experience dealing with fast-paced environments, utilizing the knowledge and skill necessary to react and deliver under pressure. Communication: Proficient in speaking and writing in English. Key Responsibilities Dispatch One Kare crews and equipment to assigned sites; adjust routes, staffing, and priorities based on real-time needs and service levels. Maintain constant communication with One Kare Field Supervisors regarding progress, delays, site issues, and completion status. Coordinate emergency call-outs and rapid response (e.g., storm debris support, urgent hazards) in accordance with contract requirements and safety protocols. Track crew locations, equipment availability, and service completion; maintain accurate logs and records to support reporting. Serve as a central communications hub between the client, the Executive Grounds and Landscaping Supervisor, and field operations. Escalate issues quickly and document actions taken during emergency and high-priority events.
