Managers leverage their technical acumen and leadership skills to

acquisition. Key job responsibilities The Senior Technical Program
Manager will define, and implement multiple data and web-based
solutions on a global scale. You will partner with engineering
teams in North America and Europe to define software development
principles and goals for the global ITA organizations. You will
quantify problems, solutions, estimate engineering effort, and roll
out new systems (and updates) which adhere to said principles. You
will collaborate with research and data scientists to implement
algorithms into your customer's daily business, and support teams
to ensure operational excellence. In addition, you will be an
independent assessor and developer of technical talent throughout
the organization. About the team The Intelligent Talent Acquisition
(ITA) team supports the Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA)
organization by transforming data into insights on hourly associate
and corporate hiring within Amazon. While ATA is responsible for
the management of the hourly and corporate talent supply chain, the
ITA team in particular focuses on defining analytics that measure
the performance of the program. While we continue to work on
metrics that help monitor the health of the program we also spend
efforts on identifying efficiencies in the process path through the
power of data and predictive analytics. - 7 years of working
directly with engineering teams experience - 5 years of technical
product or program management experience - 3 years of software
development experience - 5 years of technical program management

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams,
building processes and coordinating release schedules - 5 years of
project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget,
quality, along with risk and critical path management experience -

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
