Hiring Our Heroes Fellow, Cohort 26-2 The Opportunity: Join Booz Allen as a Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellow and take part in a structured program built to support your transition from military service , veteran career, or career as a military spouse . Throughout the fellowship, you’ll explore our core markets and capabilities, participate in professional and technical learning opportunities, and gain exposure to how we deliver mission impact. You’ll engage with colleagues across the company , connect with mentors and leaders, and experience our culture in a collaborative hybrid environment. Along the way, you’ll build lasting relationships, expand your network, and discover how your military experience can create impact in a new setting. You Have: SkillBridge fellows must be on active duty or transition leave SkillBridge fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service for the duration of the 12-week program Military spouses must be registered HOH Career Forward Fellowship or DoD Career Accelerator Program for consideration Veterans must be registered for HOH Career Forward Fellowship Program for consideration Transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses must meet HOH or DoD requirements for a fellowship program Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Secret clearance Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
