Enforcement/Department of Justice (DOJ) Drug Enforcement
Administration (DEA) expert with a deep understanding of case
management processes within federal law enforcement agencies and in
particular, DEA. The candidate will provide insights and guidance
to ensure a modernized case management and data ecosystem meets
operational needs. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Your
future duties and responsibilities: Provide expertise to adapt case
management systems to evolving law enforcement needs, including
task management and user assignment capabilities. Facilitate
cross-referencing and enterprise-wide report transmission to ensure
comprehensive case management. Lead efforts to ensure system
compliance with new federal regulations and standards, particularly
in document handling and report submission. Engage in continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and provide
training to law enforcement personnel. Provide guidance on
customizing case management systems to meet specific law
enforcement operational needs. Engage with stakeholders to gather
feedback and ensure the system meets user expectations and
operational requirements. Assist in the development of policies and
procedures related to case management and data handling within law
enforcement agencies. Advocate for the adoption of emerging
technologies to enhance law enforcement capabilities and improve
case management processes. Required qualifications to be successful
in this role: Extensive experience in law enforcement operations,
particularly within the DEA or similar agencies. Knowledge of case
management systems and processes. Ability to translate operational
requirements into technical specifications. Strong communication
skills for collaboration with technical teams. Desired
qualifications/non-essential skills required: Familiarity with DOJ
policies and procedures. Experience in system implementation and
user training. Understanding of federal compliance and security
standards. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$89,600.00 - $218,200.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
