Job Purpose and Impact Job Location: Timberville, VA Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $20.90/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities QA verification check and internal checks Inspect raw product after unloading Weigh raw product, create labels and store in coolers Review paperwork and verify labeling is correct; keep inventories accurate Responsible for paperwork and communication with drivers Keep inventories accurate Work with SAP & IPFS Operate the Pallet Jack (PIT) Other duties as required; must be able to rotate within the department and other areas when trailers are not scheduled Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025 Must have good communication skills Ability to perform basic math Must be able to work flexible hours and/or shifts Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and pull Read, write, and comprehend English Preferred Qualifications Previous production/farm experience Previous Cargill Experience Work History in the past 12 months Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
